Nino (he)
“I started rock climbing as a kid, and the cliff is still my favourite place to climb. With Petite Ile, I discovered bouldering and I’m happy to be teaching it here today.
Those who climb with me have probably often heard me say: “without my feet I’m lost”. I love slab, balance moves and foot placements. These are things I like to focus on in my classes.
I enjoy guiding climbers at the start of their bouldering journey – that moment full of enthusiasm and joy in discovering a wide range of movements. Through the FINTA classes, I also try to make climbing a place of vulnerability, self-confidence and empowerment for a queer climbing community.
When I’m not wearing climbing shoes, my other passions are collective intelligence and reusing materials.”
